Note: Open to all who are freelance web designers, programmers, etc. We know the value of your skills and have some great, easy to work with clients. Let’s work together.
Summary of Job Functions
– Review, suggest, plan, implement, and complete web design projects.
– Take on new website design projects
– Take on website re-design projects
– Analyze and make suggestions for client websites
– Write copyright for client projects
– Create custom banner ads, logos, graphics and more.
Desired Skills
– Strong attention to detail.
– Be able to communicate clearly.
– HTML, XHTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, XML, Perl, Python, Ruby, JSP, .NET, etc.
– WordPress, Joomla, eCommerce platforms (Zen Cart, Magento, osCommerce, etc), SEO (whitehat), Google Analytics skills are all a PLUS!
– Enjoy working with code and design software.
– Strong organizational skills.
– Computer, internet, at least Adobe CS3

Sales Consultant/Account Executive
Summary of Essential Job Functions
– Drive, grow and manage sales objectives by generating new business
– Prospect new accounts with some cold calling
– Analyzing client objectives; preparing and presenting proposals that match client’s objectives
– Educate customers on the value & benefits of products and services
– Face-to-face contact with customers
– Build and maintain strong relationship with clients
– Submit complete and accurate account information/paperwork
– General sales reporting
Skills You’ll Need To Succeed
– Exceptional B2B sales background in advertising or media sales is a plus (i.e. in-person, phone, email)
– Strong cold call prospecting and appointment setting skills
– Business development skills
– Excellent computer and internet skills
– Strong organizational skills
– A balance of sales skills from opening a sale, to closing and following up with account
– Entrepreneurial and self-directed
– Negotiation skills a plus!
